A La Carte - Indian Main Courses

For the slightly hotter spiced palate
Balti Chicken Paneer
One of the most popular dishes from the Balti style of cuisine. Tender breast of cubed chicken Tikka sautéed in a rich butter sauce, ground almonds, freshly crushed garlic, poppy seeds to enhance the rich nutty taste of the almonds, fresh natural home-made yoghurt, finely chopped fresh green chillies, Paneer (authentic home-made Indian cheese) and a host of selected warm spices. Topped with roasted almond flakes.
Massander
Cuisine of the North West Frontier, cooked in a rich sauce with wok fried finely chopped capsicums, a host of specially selected spices and crushed fresh green chillies. Topped with spring onion, finely chopped fresh green chillies and fresh coriander.
Garam Masala
A truly spicy experience with our own special blend of twelve carefully selected warm spices, cooked in home-made fresh garlic-cinnamon butter and a rich tarka base. Topped with finely chopped fresh green chillies and fresh coriander.
South Indian Garlic Chilli
Fancy something hot 'n' spicy...a fusion of freshly crushed garlic, ginger and fresh green chillies...can this be the one?...!!! (Medium to hot)
Malaidar
Fresh leaf of spinach simmered with lashings of crushed and finely chopped fresh green chillies, crushed fresh garlic and ginger merged into a rich sauce with a dash of fresh cream to give it that final smooth finish.
Zeera Achari-Balti
Originally from the north of Pakistan, spicy and aromatic properties. Slowly cooked over charcoal in two handled iron pots, called Baltis. Medium to hot rich sauce with finely chopped capsicums, ground mixed pickle, tandoori spices, carefully roasted and crushed cumin, finely chopped green chillies and a touch of yoghurt.
Mazedar
A spicy hot dish prepared with finely chopped capsicums, spring onions, mushrooms, crushed fresh green chillies, a dash of Brandy and finally topped with finest Italian mozzarella.

Ceylonese
A hot curry cooked with fresh lemon, creamed coconut, herbs and spices...with a kick from some wicked finely chopped & crushed fresh green chillies.
Parsee Seafood Delight      £8.95
Chunks of deep fried haddock in batter, succulent fresh water Chinese prawns, cooked in a slightly tangy sweet 'n' sour sauce with a dash of yoghurt and lentil, garnish with spring onions, finely chopped fresh green chillies and coriander. (This dish can be ordered with optional Pacific King Prawns or Prime Scottish Red Salmon £3 extra)

A La Carte - Selection of Korma Dishes

The following Korma dishes are normally prepared with fresh cream and mild spices, therefore are very mild 'n' creamy, however can be ordered medium to hotter strengths.
Mughlai Korma
A rich irresistible creamy, extra mild dish prepared with fresh eggs and creamed coconut.
Ceylonese Korma
Extra mild 'n' creamy, prepared with creamed coconut and freshly ground cardamoms and a hint of cinnamon.
Pistachio Korma
A smooth rich creamy sauce, with yoghurt, a blend of freshly ground pistachios and a hint of cinnamon for that extra aroma.
Kashmiri Saffron Korma
A Kashmiri speciality prepared with saffron milk, fresh home-made naturally set yoghurt with a choice of bananas, pineapples or peaches.
Parsee Korma
A fine example of the Persian influence in Indian cookery. Mild to medium strength, slightly tangy flavoured sauce with freshly ground pistachios and lentils.
Ghorka Korma
A rich luxurious creamy sauce, prepared with exotic Chinese lychees.
Kurhi Korma
A medium strength sauce made with ground chick peas, fresh home-made naturally set yoghurt.
Sanam Korma      (£1 extra)
This dish is a prime example of excellence, created in the royal kitchens of the great Maharajahs of India. Extra mild rich sauce made from luxury double cream, creamed coconut, freshly ground Almonds, pistachios and cashews.
Goanese Chilli Korma
An elaborate example of the classic Korma. A hot dish comprising of thick set luxury yoghurt, creamed coconut, freshly ground almonds, warm blend of exotic spices, finely chopped onion, fresh green chillies, extra helping of freshly crushed garlic with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Caribbean Exotica with tropical coconut (£1 extra)
A unique blend of exotic light spices, tropical pineapple, luxury blend of fresh cream infused with creamed coconut and a healthy measure of Malibu to help you spirit the night away!
