juicy sun-dried raisins, a hint of cardamom, cinnamon, fresh banana and topped with flaked almonds, making this glorious dish the
'King of Kormas'.

The Nawabs were the rich royals of the Lucknow area of India, who lived over two centuries ago. Like the Moghuls before them, they perfected

cinnamon, cooked in a Tarka base, fresh cream and a generous helping of a luxury assortment of juicy sun-dried fruits.
