A La Carte - Tandoori Cuisine
The tandoor, an earthen barrel shaped oven, is used by our skilled chefs to barbecue their fish, lamb
and poultry to perfection.
All the following Tandoori dishes are served with salad garnish, Basmati saffron rice and curry sauce
(or why not indulge in your favourite speciality sauce, )

King of Pacific prawns marinated in a hoard of spices and tenderly cooked to perfection.
